Jocelyne O’Toole’s a New York actor, singer and writer.

As an actor, Jocelyne can seen in Mark Raymond Wilkins’ first feature, The Saint of the Impossible. She can be seen in Fuji Film’s national Never Stop campaign, Toco Auto Insurance, Service King Car Commercial and an NYPD campaign.

As a singer, Jocelyne has had the absolute pleasure of working at the Natchez Music Festival, playing the perfect role, The Mute in The Fantasticks. She sang on the Carnegie Hall stage…twice! (It is true what they say about how you get to Carnegie Hall. Practice!)
